Fine Arts Department
Faculty include
Ms. Maria Ambre
Ms. Mary Clare Cadieux
Ms. Donna Martin
Ms. Kristin Jacobson

The Theatre Department, under the direction of Ms. Donna Martin, produces two productions a year, a play and a musical. Ms. Mary Clare Cadieux serves as music director for the musical. The Department just finished the musical production of The High School that Dripped Gooseflesh, which was a huge success. The next play is The Young and Fair and will be the weekend of March 14, 15, and 16.

Students also have the opportunity to participate in Standing Stage Crew, which allows them experience with the technical aspects of theatre such as building sets, running lights and sound, handling props, etc. Due to a gracious million dollar grant from the Patricia G. Nolan and The Rice Foundation, the theatre has been updating its equipment, the most recent being the addition of a new, computerized light board.

Current Standing Stage Crew Members Include:
Deirdre Connelly
Catherine Kinyui
Audra La Brosse
Robin Mojica
Jessice Neria
Amanda Schultz
Mariana Urquiza

Morning Chorus is a dedicated group of students who come to school every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7:15 for the sheer joy of singing. So far this year, the chorus had the privilege of performing for Mae Jemison at the Woman for the World event in the fall. The next upcoming even is the annual Christmas Concert.

The song list for the concert is as follows:
The Jazz version of “Carol of the Bells”
The Jazz version of “Silent Night”
The Jazz version of “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”
And “E’en So Lord Jesus”
